In our boutique farmhouse hotel at Kolstad Store you can enjoy great tasting meals with locally sourced ingredients based on traditional recipes. The meals are served in our beautiful dining room.
We also offer you the opportunity to make your own avlette. It is a crisp and delicious cake made with a patterned cake iron that is unique to our farm. These delicacies have been made for generations here in Gudbrandsdalen.
